Billing & Accounting For Cisco CallManager (Asp.Net) Billing and Accounting is an accounting and reporting tool which collects the Call Detail Records (CDR). It also provides searching from CDR's and reporting through an advanced filtering engine. The reports can be created in order to analyze and monitor the company, department and user telephony traffic and produce the calls invoice.
Tt supports different kind of call report formats: web (html), csv, xls and pdf. The easiest one is the web report, where you can live-query the database with calls. Client Matter Codes The Accounting and Billing for Cisco Callmanager also support Client Matter Codes, a very nice feature that increases the benefits for specific verticals such as law offices, accounting firms, consulting firms, and other businesses or organizations where tracking the length of the call for each client is required. To use the Client Matter Codes feature, users must enter a client matter code to reach certain dialed numbers. You enable or disable CMC through route patterns, and you can configure multiple client matter codes. When a user dials a number that is routed through a CMC-enabled route pattern, a tone prompts the user for the client matter code. When the user enters a valid CMC, the call occurs; if the user enters an invalid code, a reorder tone occurs. The Accounting and Billing is then able to take care of such that parameter in CDRs management and generate reports based on Client Matter Codes and so allocate call costs to customers.
